Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GLP Journey ("the Service"), operated by Castle Foundry LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Medical Advice

GLP Journey is a nutrition decision-support tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The meal scores, AI chat responses, and nutritional analyses are for informational purposes only. Always consult your prescribing physician or a registered dietitian for medical and nutritional advice specific to your health condition.

3. Account and Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select through Google Play. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google Play's refund policy. 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or scoring algorithms
• Share your account with others or resell access
• Submit false, misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content through the Service, including but not limited to inappropriate images via the food scanner
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the AI services
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI services for purposes other than their intended use

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate nutritional analysis, meal scores, and chat responses. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You should verify important nutritional information independently, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or medication interactions beyond GLP-1 medications.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to the GLP Journey name, branding, design, scoring algorithms, AI prompts, source code, and all associated content, is the exclusive property of Castle Foundry LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its components. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content, meal scores, or nutritional analysis provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castle Foundry LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to adverse health outcomes from following AI-generated nutritional suggestions, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Castle Foundry LLC and its owners, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) content you submit through the Service, including images and text.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or is otherwise inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to violations of the Acceptable Use section, submission of inappropriate content, attempts to exploit or manipulate the AI services, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Binding Arbitration — shall survive.

11. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Tennessee. You and Castle Foundry LLC agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Castle Foundry LLC. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and Castle Foundry LLC waive any right to a jury trial.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that any legal proceeding is not subject to arbitration under Section 11, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Tennessee.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notification prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
