Know before you eat
Every meal gets a GLP-1 tolerance rating — Safe to eat, Use caution, High risk, or Do not eat — so you never have to guess what your stomach can handle.
How Meal Scoring works
Log or scan a meal
Enter a food manually, scan a barcode, or snap a photo with the AI Food Scanner.
AI analyzes tolerance factors
Our scoring engine evaluates fat content, fiber density, portion size, spice levels, acidity, and other GLP-1-specific triggers.

See it in action
Real examples of how the scoring engine evaluates common meals.
Grilled chicken breast with steamed rice
Low fat, lean protein, easy to digest. Great protein-to-calorie ratio for GLP-1 users.
"Good to go. Eat protein first and listen to your body."
Caesar salad with croutons
This is a heavier meal. The dressing is high in fat, and croutons add refined carbs. Romaine is fine, but the combination pushes it into caution territory.
"Consider eating slowly and stopping when satisfied."
Fried mozzarella sticks with marinara
This meal is very heavy. Even well-adapted stomachs may struggle with this combination of deep-fried fat and heavy dairy — especially within 48 hours of your injection.
"Consider a smaller portion or a simpler option. Try baked mozzarella on whole grain toast instead."
What the score considers
Fat content & type
Saturated and trans fats are weighted more heavily — they're the primary nausea triggers for GLP-1 users.
Fiber density
Moderate fiber is good for satiety; too much at once can worsen GI symptoms.
Portion size
Smaller portions score better. GLP-1 users often feel full faster — oversized portions cause discomfort.
Spice & acidity
Spicy and acidic foods are more likely to cause reflux and stomach upset on GLP-1 medications.
Protein ratio
Higher protein-to-calorie ratios score better — muscle preservation is critical during GLP-1 weight loss.
Injection timing
Scores adjust based on days since your last injection — gentler recommendations when sensitivity peaks.
